His breakthrough album, Make Room, soared to #1 on the Billboard Gospel chart, securing a Grammy and featuring hits like “Not Lucky, I’m Loved.” His collaborations with musical giants such as Lalah Hathaway, Kirk Franklin, Stevie Wonder, H.E.R, Maverick City Music, and many more, have not only broadened his musical repertoire but also enriched his sound with diverse influences. Following Make Room, Jonathan’s People album explored the complexities of human connections and societal impacts, highlighted by the Grammy-winning track “Movin’ On” with Mali Music.
